Total amount received from NRB Tk. 77,500,000.00 & Total application from NRB=15,500 as per reporting date 7 February 2013.
The Securities and Exchange Commission approved a Tk 1.6 crore initial public offering of Bengal Windsor Thermoplastics Ltd with 25/- including 15/- premium. There will be 20 per cent IPO quota reserved for the small-scale investors under a compensation scheme.
The earning per share (EPS) of the company is Tk 3.62, and net asset value (NAV) is 19.50/- as per latest financial statement. Total Lots in IPO=80,000, Market Lot=200 shares and Single Lot Price=5,000/-
