Familytex (BD) IPO approved-www.familytexbd.com, the approvals came at a commission, chaired by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) Chairman prof Khairul Hossain and held at the BSEC workplace.
As per the regulative approval, Familytex (BD) can offload thirty four million common shares at a proposal value of Tk ten in a very bid to boost a fund value Tk 340 million.
According to the prospectus of the company, the fund, which can be collected through the IPO of Familytex (BD), are used to re-pay the bank loans.
